Nara Chandrababu Naidu is the first Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since 2014 after state bifurcation. Previously he served as Chief Minister from 1995 to 2004. Naidu’s plan was to develop the state of Andhra Pradesh by making the major cities showpieces for foreign investment especially in “key sectors such as information technology, biotechnology, healthcare and various out-sourcing services. Microsoft Corporation has established a software-development centre in Hyderabad. Naidu encouraged other global IT companies (IBM, Dell, Deloitte, Computer Associates and Oracle) to move to Hyderabad, making presentations to global CEOs convincing them to invest in his state.

His thought on fourth industrial revolution is going on and is about the deadly combination of technology and Internet of Things. In India, two major reforms have been brought in—one is GST and the other is digital economy. Digital economy is happening everywhere in the world. His believe on with technology and Internet of Things, there is a heavy focus on fintech.
