Vivo Launches Triple Camera Camera Phone Y17 In India

Vivo has launched a new smartphone, Y17, in the Indian market. The phone comes with a massive 5000 mAh battery, and is priced at Rs 17,990. The Vivo Y17 comes in two colours - purple and blue - and will be available at online retail stores like Amazon, Flipkart and PayTm. The phone is also available at many offline or physical retail outlets.
The highlight of the Y17 is its AI triple rear camera setup which has 13MP as a primary sensor with f/2.2, an 8MP wide-angle secondary camera and 2 megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4. The camera offers many features including Auto-focus, Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, and Touch to focus.
Similarly, on the front, it has a 20 MP front camera for selfies. The device sports a Fingerprint Sensor at the back panel. The Vivo Y17 runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system and is backed up by a non-removable Li-ion 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
Vivo says this phone is manufactured locally inits Greater Noida facility.
The Vivo Y17 features a 6.35-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720x1544 pixels and comes equipped with Octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 256GB via microSD card. Connectivity options include VoLTE support, Dual Nano SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, WiFi Direct, hotspot Bluetooth 5.0, and a microUSB 2.0. The device measures 159.4 x 76.7 x 8.9 mm and weighs 190.5 grams.
