Apne 2 will screen 3 Deol generations on silver screen together

Apne 2, the sequel of Apne (2007), directed by Anil Sharma, shall mark the debut of third generation Deol; Karan Deol (Sunny Deol’s son). Yesteryear He-Man Dharmendra too shall make an appearance in the film along with his sons and grandson. Legendary superstar Dharmendra took to his social media handle to share this news with fans on the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti. The film is set for Diwali 2021 release.
Sharing a heart-warming clip from Apne, Dharmendra wrote, ' Sharing his excitement about Apne 2 with Sunny, Bobby, and Karan, Dharmendra said, 'Apne is one of the best films of my life. A joint effort by the whole unit, received very well by you all. Now, I'm very happy because I will get to shoot Apne 2 with my entire family - my sons Sunny, Bobby, and my grandson Karan. It will be a very special film and I am looking forward to shooting. Sunny Deol also confirmed the announcement with a special post on Twitter.
This sequel shall see the screen after a span of 14 years. Apne released in 2007, had received an overwhelming response from the audience and critics. It featured Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty, and Katrina Kaif as the female leads. The female leads in Apne 2 still under the wraps.
The shooting of Apne 2 will hit the floors in March 2021 and will be shot in Punjab and Europe. Now it’s time to see if Apne 2 can spell the same charisma as the previous one.
