Lendingkart Group appoints senior Flipkart exec, Giridhar Yasa as CTO

Lendingkart has appointed Giridhar Yasa as CTO with an aim to strengthen technology operations. Yasa has previously been Principal Architect at Flipkart for more than 5 years.
With an overall experience of two decades, Yasa is an expert in the areas of cloud architectures, large scale distributed systems, networking, virtualization, storage software, web caching and security. Prior to this, he has been at various roles in different companies like NetApp, Debian, UbiNetics India and Hughes Software Systems.
Being a Fintech company, Lendingkart Group provides short term working capital loans to SME borrowers under Lendingkart Finance Limited - a non-deposit taking NBFC arm of Lendingkart Group. Founded in 2014, Lendingkart has a service reach across India.
The group is financed by international investors including Fullerton Financial Holding (FFH) (100% subsidiary of Singapore Sovereign Fund Temasek Holdings), Saama Capital, Mayfield India, Bertelsmann, Sistema Asia, and India Quotient.
