Tech Mahindra board nods to buy 100% stake in Zen3 Infosolutions (America)

Tech Mahindra board has approved the proposal of acquiring 100% stake in Zen3 Infosolutions (America).
The company said, initially $42 million will be paid during the closure of the deal and another $22 million will be paid over three years, which will be linked to Zen3's financial performance.
Tech Mahindra on Monday declared interim dividend of ₹10 per share.
