Arriving in America at 17 with just two months’ savings, Vivek Ranadivé earned degrees from MIT and Harvard before founding Teknekron — creating the “trading floor of the future” that digitised all of Wall Street. His 1997 founding of TIBCO Software pioneered real-time computing serving over 4,000 global customers across finance, aviation, and government. He also became the first person of Indian descent to co-own an NBA franchise — proving technology vision transcends industry boundaries.
