TE Connectivity promotes Vishwanath S as General Manager, India Operations

TE Connectivity, a world leader in connectivity and sensors, announced the appointment of Vishwanath S as General Manager for its India Operations with effect from 1st September 2021. Vishwanath will be responsible for driving TE Connectivity’s current India business strategy and successful execution of future growth plans.
Viswanath has more than 25 years of executive and general management experience at TE. He currently serves as the Finance Director for India and has executive responsibility for TE's India Shared Service Center and India Engineering Network. He was previously business head for TE’s Transportation Segment in India where he showcased significant management skills and led close interactions with OEMs and other key customers.

Our aim is to harness digital technologies and help our partners achieve success across industry verticals. TE Connectivity’s portfolio of products and partnerships have massive potential, and I look forward to building on this foundation with our customers,” added Vishwanath.
Vishwanath has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and is a qualified Cost Accountant.
