Ingram Micro has announced the addition of emSigner by eMudhra to its Cloud portfolio in India.
emSigner is a secure cloud-based automated workflow-cum-signings solution which can be accessed from anywhere at any time. It allows users to define their own workflows and sign legally binding documents online in a way that is faster and more secure than executing paper documents. An AI-enabled document processing automation platform - emSigner - not only powers electronic signature workflows to transform customer experiences but also helps manage risk governance better.
Commenting on the partnership, Jyotil Mankad, Director & Head of Cloud Business at Ingram Micro India said, “At Ingram Micro Cloud we are constantly expanding our portfolio and adding innovative technologies to help our channel partners be at the forefront of the evolution and adoption of cloud solutions. Our partnership with eMudhra aligns well with this strategy and we are excited about taking their e-signature solution, emSigner, to market. The solution presents significant opportunities for our channel partners as it delivers value across several areas of a customer’s business.”
Kaushik Srinivasan, Senior Vice President and Head - Product at eMudhra said, “We are delighted to sign the distribution agreement with Ingram Micro India to promote paperless transformation using emSigner, our flagship eSignature workflow solution with support for AADHAAR/PAN based eSign. This partnership will give a major boost to our cloud operations in India and help businesses large and small across the region adopt eSignatures to streamline operations, drive better customer experience and save huge cost.” “By bringing synergies of the two companies together, this strategic partnership is intended to enable paperless and presence-less transactions under Digital India vision,” he explains.
