Arete Announces Raj Sivaraju as President of Asia Pacific

Arete Incident Response, a leading incident response and cyber security provider, announced today the promotion of Raj Sivaraju to president of the Asia Pacific region.
Sivaraju brings over 28 years of experience working in the technology sector, including leadership roles at Deloitte, Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Elmer Softwares Limited. As president of APAC, Sivaraju will be responsible for spearheading Arete’s global growth, including India, Japan, Korea, and other major business centers.
“At a time when cybercrime is on the rise in India and also when cyber forensics is becoming a subject of first choice for hundreds of students in India, Arete starting our operations in India and creating jobs is a huge factor for the digital forensics and incident response industry in not just India, but the Asia Pacific region,” said Sivaraju. “This region will stand to benefit from the years of experience Arete, and its teams bring to this region. As responsible businesses, we are also working with many of the industry players in India to harden the security landscape of the region by not just creating jobs, but also in contributing by ways of thought leadership, best practices etc.”
Currently, Arete serves clients across the globe with incident response, restoration, and post incident response services. Investing in operations, team resources, and sales, allows Arete to provide clients with processes, operations, and on the ground support across Asia Pacific.
