At the apex, the Steering Committee, led by senior leadership, provides strategic direction, resolves critical risks, and ensures alignment with enterprise priorities. This structure is supported by defined review cadences, KPI-linked tracking, and outcome-based governance, ensuring that IT initiatives consistently deliver tangible business value, speed, and accountability.
