As the life sciences industry evolves toward greater digitalization, compliance, and AI-driven innovation, technology is becoming a critical enabler of trust and growth. TCG Lifesciences is strengthening its digital foundation through robust governance, validated systems, cybersecurity, and workforce transformation to meet the evolving expectations of global sponsors and regulatory environments.
Strengthening Global Trust Through Digital Excellence
For a preclinical CRO/CDMO, growth depends on being trusted by US/EU sponsors on inspection readiness, digital traceability, and data integrity; our cloud, CSV, CFR 11, and VAPT-led posture directly support that. The takeaway is that this is not just “IT modernization” — it strengthens India’s position as a reliable life sciences delivery base and improves sponsor confidence in global outsourcing.
Enhancing Auditability, Reliability, and Operational Efficiency
We have moved IT from a support function to a governed, measurable business enabler: SAP, O365, service management, cybersecurity, and validated apps now run under a stronger control model. The takeaway is simple — governance improved auditability, reduced operational friction, and made IT accountable for quality, uptime, and compliance outcomes.
Disciplined Capital Allocation & Enterprise Scale
Our investment pattern shows discipline: we literally grew 15X in CAPEX & OPEX spend and we are growing 10% annually, the spend clearly created scale, resilience, and compliance capacity rather than just overhead. The takeaway is that value is visible in fewer business interruptions, stronger continuity on AWS, better security controls, and more mature vendor and audit outcomes
Future-Proofing Scientific Research Through Practical AI
Industry priorities in 2026 are clearly shifting toward AI/ML, digital ecosystems, and skills uplift in regulated workflows, and our GenAI programs show practical readiness rather than experimentation. The takeaway is that we have already started reskilling the workforce around AI-enabled research and operations, which helps TCG stay relevant as sponsor expectations move toward faster, smarter, more digital collaboration. We have conducted multiple rounds of internal trainings and workshops conducted by AWS. We have sponsored scientific team take up projects that accelerates research and builds the skills we need to face the future.
Strengthening Trust with a Security-Led Operating Model
Current CRO/CDMO expectations emphasize data protection, cross-border privacy, and strong control of client IP; our ZTNA, MFA, Conditional Access, Crowdstrike, Meraki/Sophos, and awareness campaigns directly address these risks. The takeaway is that we built a security-led operating model that protects both regulated data and client trust, which is exactly what US/EU sponsors expect from a serious outsourcing partner.
